space was disabled in the beta and has been re-enabled in the version i have now, i'm trying to figure out if i wanna release a new build now or wait until more particles are done and the scarab is done
this was a squad test 3 elite majors, with 1 blue elite minor, i'm testing out different squad types for all of convenant units and since i don't have any other help on the mod or someone to give me advice i'm kinda on my own with trying to figure out how the squads should be
the belt can't be helped it's how NeoMarz clones are, it would need a UV fix for that to even be possible and i can't do that
sadly i have to agree with Geroenimo, i've had my share of importing swbf and swbf2 models and this is the dark trooper from swbf2 he just somehow exported it from the game wrong and that's why it looks like that
i want the covenant weapons to match the elite colors, when i go and do a carbine version it's gonna be red for red elite and blue for blue elite

sorry to be so blunt but i'll call it what i want, i think 100% of the people here know it's from reach and i didn't make it,but you have no idea the hours and hours it takes to fix up a imported halo 3 or reach model, it can sometimes take days and even after that it may fail cause of some problems and i got to start all over again, plus i got to rig them and thin make sure the animation looks great and if it doesn't thin i got to do it all over again and find a new animation set, so i have a right to call it a wip

yea i um replaced the light vehicle factory from the IMP side with the air base and took the heavy vehicle factory and replaced it with the tank factory, the code should of been turned around but since the vehicles themselves still think they are the in the light and heavy factorys, i'm gonna change that soon just got bigger stuff to do atm.
um for the time being don't play GC i don't know how broken it is cause i'm only working on skirmish atm and when i get around to GC it's gonna be redone

they are smoothed if the shader tab is all the way up, but i'm not sure what ozzy's setting are, i haven't tested any of the models i rigged for him on my pc rig for foc so i'm not sure, all i know is the whole model wasn't smoothed in 3ds max and it seems the shaders did their work on the rest of the body
when i coded them into the game i hadn't finished the turret, the last model didn't have a spot for a turret now this one does and i was maybe gonna make it an upgrade

yea the old model was custom made for fallout 3/new vegas and i just added a reach helmet to it, this one is from halo 3 with reach helmet and the poly count change should help massively with bringing in a lot of other units,
plus i was looking at the model and really hate the faction coloring so i changed it as well
well it doesn't really matter because i can code them in and make them weaker or stronger, it doesn't matter what faction their on i can do all that in the coding
space is being worked on by a friend of mine, i'm working on the models in 3ds max while he codes ones i send him in and is doing a very very cool style game play for space
i am working on editing the marines and removing the radio pack from all but 2 or 3 per-squad and i'm gonna mix them up with male and female marines
i only seen 1 person really complain about it, but you also have shadows on all your units which in my mod if you've seen i don't cause i know if i add shadows it will make it lag and i guess the finer details like that makes your mod great and i've played all of about 10 minutes so far and this is amazing once again great job
i have to say great work, but just saying maybe make the models a little more detailed cause if my halo mod can have spartan's that are over 30,000 poly and no one has complained about lag in my mod and i myself have no lag, maybe making some of your infantry 3 or 5k with a bit more detail wouldn't hurt, but that's my opinion, cause this engine is capable of handling way more thin what you guys think it can
i'm going to be making spartan squads, the rocket launcher spartan's you seen in the photos up there was just a test, i'm going to make spartan groups with ones that have smg's,battle rifle,spartan laser and AR all having different helmets and armor attachments, thin have other squads with different weapons as well, i'm taking ideas and any suggestions anyone has
really i know i'll get - in karma but did anyone else feel disappointed when you finished with this i mean i was going threw the manual and found some parts to be lacking and Land part of this mod seems to really be lacking in units, don't get me wrong the quality of this mod is amazing but land is really lacking for the only thing that seems to be remade over and over is the clone squads just a different squad with maybe 5 to 10+ more each new platoon or company making you believe there is more units, this mod seems to have put more time into indigenous units and the manual (which disappointed me) thin adding more land units besides just giving bigger squads of clones
