you need z modeler to mack car modeles for gta3.
We have most of the city planed out. We think we can work out the multiplayer but right know its not known. We wouldnt make the city shake because its not realistic.

yup, we have made new guns and new cars, we are having a bit of trouble putting in the island but we should get it in. When we do we will start with the new story line and new side missions. But we cant make the bike and wont because they are in vice city. we also make a speed o meter and are planing other things....
