i would prefer some blures in the "other world" to make it look more like hell. you remember the "other world" in silent hill 3 in brooke heaven hospital? (yes i mean the brook heaven in SH3 not in SH2. it had some strange visuall blures that made the walls look REALY dangerous, giving them like a -"if you touch it, you will get infected and die"- kind of feeling.
