What is the mod about? Is there a story? Is it a full mod or just a mappack?

Its a extended sandbox mod, sandbox is a mod where u can spawn many objects of the real BF2 game.
In sandbox u can spawn as example:
Bridge Segments,
Walls,
USCM, MEC and more Vehicles.
So i guess this is sandbox with more objects added, but actually im thinking its getting old, guess if this made on 0.5 or 1.0? i hope 1.0 for the guy who made, cuz in 1.0 there were many more objects and vehicles added, and soon is 1.1 coming out...
Would like to see this mod online and all.... any idea when the public release is coming?
