Yeah, I figured it out, you can't garrison hackers inside Internet propaganda center. Instead, you have to garrison them in Inferno building. But thanks anyways!

Hey man, I Loooooove this mod, but I have a problem. My fav faction is China mainly because I can hack money from internet to gain funds. But hackers do not have their hacking ability anymore. Internet propaganda center desc. says that it contains 5 hackers but it doesn't seem like I'm gaining any money! Have I missed something or that's not a feature yet? I'm using Zero Hour version by the way. Thanks in advance! Keep up with good work, greetings from Serbia! :D
