Why do you cut the Arma Meshes into pieces? Why don't you just use the full Mesh?
the normal map is seriously ****** up. Check the alpha layer in the normal map cause its most likely way to "white" making it too bright.
Looks good. When you look for a template, in the red rising mod they use the BI Arma1 soldier model for azaibargan. Meaning the legs ain't syncronized, it has already a vest within the model, there are tons of textures for it and pouches fit right on. You might be replace hands and head maybee.

i think the alpha in the normal map texture is too high it makes the cloth too shiny.

Was there a reason you used the Alice made by Vilas for Armed Assault? Looks like **** with glitches since it is total not necessary and you could just have used the open source Stuff BI published with the 1st and 2nd arma. Use the Chest Rig from the second or some additional pockets from the first and change that vest texture back to Interceptor. The other models look great but this is below.

This "mod" is 95% data garbage. This mod is like someone tried to stuff too much low quality meat into a can thinking he makes something worth while, when hes not. Worst thing is, all their soldier textures are low quality and useless and they have better templates right in their ******* package. Don't download it. The Mod is 10GB of wasted space on your harddrive of mostly useless stuff.
There are a lot of textures missing also.

Fixed it. Was this max.version thing in the mod.info you need to change to make this work.

This looks great. BoP is an event for which the modding resources already are available. But overwork the Uniforms. Cubans didn't wear US jungle fatiges, they had copies of US HBT. So no leg pouches. And the Pacific camo for the Invaders is way to green.
