si, es posible, pero es tremendamente tedioso con los enemigos, hace poco coloque al zealot rojo (monje iluminado de re4) y me tomo cerca de un mes terminarlo considerando la cantidad de animaciones y que se multiplica por 8 para que tenga angulos de rotacion. Lo de mas personajes, eso es mas facil, pero habria que buscar originalidad en las formas de ejecutar los ataques cuerpo a cuerpo y creo que no ha exisitido mod para re4 donde esten los ataques cuerpo a cuerpo de mercenaries 3d o los de re5, porque eso seria lo ideal y no tener que colocar los mismos de re4.
