if your wad use acs for a map, is not compatible with the scritps of ultimate super doom3, that cause the reload is not working and other issues.
i guess you not loaded all the wads, look exist a bat file, just click with the mouse, that will load the all the wads.
this file is only a patch, you need another wads, for play you need ultimatesd3mod.wad
just click the md-dos file depending of the source port version, some said "zandronum", "skulltag", "gzdoom" and "zdoom", those files execute: the source port, ultimatesd3mod.wad and the patch 4.9 (code6.wad) but the ms-dos file, ultimatesd3mod.wad, the exe of the source port and code6.wad need to be into the same foldier.
the patch include some bat files, you need ultimate super doom3 mod, extract the rar into your doom foldier, later move all the files of the patch on the same foldier were is the ultimatesd3mod.wad and later clikc the bat file, exist various from zandronum, skulltag, gzdoom, and zdoom, depend of your source port.
the bat files are MS-DOS files
the mod works good you need to click the bat files, the mod runs with ultimatesd3mod.wad and the patch.
the patch only can be played clicking the bat files.
go to doom3 options, you can remove the hud there and weapons too.
that demo is very, very old, i will release a new demo for revenge of evil this year, but i dont know exactly the date.
revenge of evil is a dream for 2013, will include maps and new monsters.
the reazon why i not include the doom3 lost souls is becuase they arent lost souls, the fogottens is the real lost soul, but i have plans in the future of work the volume 5 (revenge of evil) and iwill include all, doom3 + roe monster (including the hunters)
use the patch 4.8 is much better
if you are using the HOM.WAD (hell on mars) is only for ultimate doom, that transform doom1 into a doom2 campaign without episodes, all is serial.

if you want to create a map with acs using acs for usd3, you need to merge your scripts with my scripts is the only way. usd3 use the script since 650 -999, so you have 001-650, exist 2 ways about how to do that:
the usd3 patch 4.8, open the file with xwe, go to scripts, put your scripts into there and later compile.
for each map you want to build with acs, add all my scripts without exception + your script, but: you need to remove the scripts file of the patch 4.8.
tu mod tiene acs o decorate? normalemente esos son interferentes del wad, ademas q esta version es algo antigua y tiene errores, te recomiendo q te bajes el ultimate super doom 3 4.6 junto con el ultimo parche el 4.8
4.5 is a old version and oviusly have more bugs than 4.8
i dont know about 3d models and other thing this mod run on software too, so some people with a pc poor on gl can enjoy this.

decorate is another code and only supported by zdoom/gzdoom/skulltag
no becuase doomsday not support decorate.
