The Mod seems totaly cool and all, but it has ofcourse been tryed before. For instance Daerk's memod for Morrowind. That too looked awesome but they had to cancel it after years of work. That's because Tolkien estate didn't want to give them the rights, even if they offered the mod for free. I hope you have taken this into account.
