Comments - digons

I'm not sure which step did I go wrong,but simply I cannot play this mod properly.I've done every step as it instructed,and I also checked the mod location and checksum is 311901375 as it should be.BUt unfortunaly I cannot load this mod because it always stucked at gaming loading screen.... Could someone please tell me what should I do? PS:other mods are properly loaded and works fine,except this mod.....
