I do hope you make final game price more realistic to market, 19€ is way overpriced IMO. If we are talking indie games, for that price I can (and did) get many good indie games and still had money left, for example Dust An Elysian Tail, new Amnesia 2 and Skullgirls are going for less then 15€.
Also if you look at the market many games want money for early access but go F2P went hey come out for public. Kickstarted games usually go for less then they were at kickstart.
Also I don't think the early supporters will get any money from later sales, so "fair" part sounds like something Blizzard would say.
