The unique drops get better as you get mf. Try doing cows and the new ubers.
Your on 1.13c? Do you have your shortcut edited to run as admin and windows xp mode? How are you running diablo 2. Through cd, iso, crack, loader?
Did you make sure to delete any previous mod files from your folder before you installed the mod? All graphic card drivers updated?

In this mod all uniques, except for jewelry, have been made into charms. Normal being small charm, exceptional being large, and elite being grand.You can get new made skills from rare jewels. Set Items have been made into mostly rings and amulets. And rare items have new attributes. Harder monsters and more experience when leveling. +10 stats per level. Whites sell in town now. And other cool stuff.
