As soon as it hits the loading screen it crashes with no error message. Anyone else have this problem?

When I downloaded this through Desura or whatever it is there was no icon for when it made a shortcut on my desktop. I tried Google searching and saving one but when I try to set it as an icon I get a "This folder contains no icons" message. Anyway to get an icon set without reinstalling or something?
