This mod is far from dead in fact things are still pretty lively up at the paradox forums so go make an account there and you'll be able to see some of the new features that will be/have been added. Not to hype too much but there is a developer's diary being posted at an almost weekly rate introducing the new mechanics, main characters, art, etc. and it is amazing. Don't expect to find updates here as the authors have clearly stated their preference for the paradox forums as a means of communication so their next post here might just be the release (well worth the wait).
