Have You turn on the "Texture compression"? In my game the texture will not change until I turn on the Texture Compression.

Okay, forget about my problem. I got it fixed by messing with the Video Settings.

This is a great texture modification! Although I finding some graphical bug after using this mod such as buggy explosion animation, bugged window frame. But those graphical bug are forgivable. Anyway Youare doing such agood job on making this texture pack!
