Iris of Lotus appears naked at Dshar Feasts guys. Haven't seen that bug in awhile. Only one I have seen naked this version.

It was updated. I deleted Warband and reinstalled. Going to restart. I just conquered Baccus and Fierds too. O well. Now the women were all turning into the same face lol

For some reason every lord is the same character model. They may have different hair styles, but the face is the same. At least the companions and kings are the original models. I don't think it started out that way in the game. Any chance I could replace a .txt and replace the character models?
