The only thing that lacks to be perfect, is the hairs anims, but it's already great.
hair animation is hard :/ he have a lot hair >_< can't animate them one by one
For the idle anim, just take every vertices at the end of spikes and make them move a little, like i did with broly lssj (i made this kind of anims for nello's ssj3 goku's head): Moddb.com

Yep, to avoid making too much complicated anims like goku from official revisions.
(I took exemple from esf for that :) )
