First time to try this mod I'm using 8.9 on a good pc. I'm playing as portugal with no real progress yet and it keeps crashing to desktop at turn early may 1806. several reloads and exact same crash everytime. Is there any common cause for these crashes that i could try fix?

ya i have it on cd and GOG im not buying it a 3rd time not matter how cheap it is.
