In this game you can kill a person. Eat his/her head (and possibly get fat from doing so). Butcher the corpse. Make a sword out of the bones and cook a nice stew from the meat - maybe add some salvia for good measure. Then you take the skin and craft clothes out of it - granted won't give you much protection against swords and arrows but whatever. Yeah, better grill that skin crispy cause it's nutritious.

Of course, you don't have to do it - most people prefer eating pig meat anyways. But you bloody can - and it's good thing. :D
