I'm having the exact same issue, right when I install everything and try to open mission editor, it says "The program can't start because LuaConfig.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling to fix this problem."

I might be asking for too much, but can you change the Conscripts to these cool new guardsmen too? like just remove the backpack and other misc items that make them different from the normal guardsmen? also the same white line that goes on their helmet?

Will you add A Kasrkin Sgt. As a Hero when you Eventaully Update it to Retribution?
