Link trooper is the AntiVehicleInfantryTech3 like the rocket angel the dmg type will be different to the spec trooper although the dmg value will be simular and the link trooper will have splash dmg like the allied prism tower. When 3 or more link troopers are linked the dmg from 1 shot will be more powerfull then 3 spec troopers all shooting together.
P.S the other faction unit lists will be up soon when me and phil have finished writing the decriptions but all ideas and units are now done.

Might include them in the mod but they wouldnt be campain mode they would just be modded custom maps, but i dont think we will.

No we wont bother with campains, we will concentrate on getting a nice balanced multiplayer RTS out not silly missions :)
We have just finished the CotS and FutureTech buildup anime and they both look amazing, hopefully get a video out soon.
Not to sure about mixing the old with the new as of yet because we will be balancing the 3 new factions vs each other not vs the old factions but the old units might popup in a modded map.
I think we are ok for icons but ill let you know if we need any.
Yeah you will see alot of new crazy things in CotS we have more to come :) but for FT and UC we have a classic RA3 feel about them still
And tesla is a messurement of magnetic force but in ra3 the words are used as name :)
Tesla coil = fires lightning, no magnets involved :)
Chronospere = Instant transport, no time travel involved
So yeah we know but we keep it inline with ra2 and ra3.

We made a new lighter damage prism beam for this too, its got green in it, you notice the different when next to a mirage style prism beam.
We are still designing and modelling most stuff so not sure yet till we start full development.
Its gonna be a slow firing unit with a big projectile thats got fairly high dmg. Hence the big cannon :)
No DL's yet, we will release a mini mod but only when more units have been sorted

The green is the house colour which is the same shade on all structures and units, the green in the concept art is only indicating where the house colour goes.
It will include some units, weapons and tech that is based on uprising units, weapons and tech because it is a continuation of the story line but everything in the mod will be new. No art from RA3 or Uprising will be in this mod
No it keeps alot from the original game but on some unleashed maps there will be a rare mineral node at each expansion point
