How to beat aliens.
1. Have a heartbeat sensor attachment to your gun.
2. Be in Space Marine armor like in Warhammer.
3. Carry Plasma guns and flamethrowers for best effects.
4. Be ready to nuke the site from orbit to be certain they are all dead. Provided it was a ground Op, if it was a ship Op, well, blow the ship after your done using it.
5. Check EVERYONE for being possible carriers of the pests. And make sure no one takes any "souvenirs".
