Hey, i heard u dont have hl , well u dont need it, just download Counter-Strike 1.6 , wait for mod to be released and put it into your Counter Strike folder (C:\Program Files\CounterStrike1.6\ (or Program Files\Valve).
When/If you installed Counter Strike just run HL.exe and press change game, if you have the mod folder inside your Counter Strike folder, it will show u the mod
P.S. : if you cant find a link, use a torrent
