Painkiller: Reload

Mod review

Well there is nothing to say really except, that I understand what this mod tries to do, but every feature seems exaggerated.
Too much of this and too little of that can result in a mess of everything. It's way too less combat(action) oriented and way too much sharpening and 'bloom-ing' the graphics oriented.
it feels lacking at incomplete at times, and way too much to handle at other times.
I don't mean to insult, it's just my honest opinion as a Painkiller lover.

Painkiller Ordeal Mod Version 2

Mod review

I would've rated somewhere close to 9/10. But moddb won't let me above 8, cause my account is new (need to wait for a week or smth).

Good mod man! I liked it overall, but wish I had seen more visual differences, environments, textures, monsters (textures and attacks).
Don't get me wrong I liked what you DID but it felt like you could play more with visuals, not too much though(cause I've seen some CRAP in other places), but slow and stylish. By that I mean CHANGE the atmosphere a bit, not just make it darker or lighter or sharper or smoother. But change completely(some levels more than others need that, cause we're all way too used to the originals).

I really recommend people to play it. It is, as I said, great, overall, and by that I mean:
- the fixes, patience(to fix everything) is a virtue!
- gameplay changes, yep!
- with two conditions, wise idea!
- demon morph controller, neat!
- credits system, interesting!

I played nightmare, trauma and ordeal(with cards).
