Did someone ever steal from you ? In a literally and purelly eletronic fashion ? In other words, did someone ever stole your map/skin/model ? Then you'll know what I'm talking about here. I means, what's the problem of asking PERMISSION ?
Now, I'm not saying names here...ackar.
But anyhow, just ask permission first. If not, just use the model as a concept.
