Yes, I have seen some evidence of that on youtube, but on the start-up screen I fail to see the HI-Def logo on the bottom left of the screen as shown in this video:

I have not been able to single out the files as to make them a 'patch' on top of your release. Any further info on this could be interesting.

I just downloaded the game and compared the version you uploaded with mine. I seem to have a version which is graphically superior, so I will keep mine safe for the moment. Since you are the one who put this file online, I am willing to share this with you so you can upload it (if you like), and everyone can enjoy the upgraded graphics. I don't have the ability to upload such a big file, so I will make a torrent file of it, and someone with more bandwith can upload it to a server on moddb.

It varies in size when unpacked as well; since it is 3.7 gigabytes instead of 2.18.

Below are some screenshots so you can see the difference. The version of the executable seems to be the same, which is a good thing. I have no hand in creating the superior grafics, I just happen to have them.

Impressive, at least now I don't have to be worried about duplicating my copy of Mechwarrior 4 on 3 different HDDs to keep it safe.
