Yeah, the code can be misunderstanded easily.

Here is the correct notes:

F - 26
o - 16
r - 4
g - 27
i - 49
v - 2
e - 32
- 45
m - 12
e. - 23

Some people might not note that the paper (e. - 23) have a dot on the last letter, to make sure that it is the last letter in the sentence, same with F, its a capital letter.
