It's true that adds can be annoying. But try to have a little patience. Do you realize that Moddb and the Mod's that use it don't make money off of the things they do. I don't know for sure, but I bet any money they make off of adds help to supplement the costs of keeping the site up. So before bitching think about what you're getting for free, and enjoy the kick *** game you can play for free. (:

I'm sure they will figure out the video stuff. They just released this new version of Moddb. So give them time.

Developer banter is very cool. I look forward to hearing more. It would be fun to have a slide show you could watch while listening...

I've always envisioned a game like it, and it really couldn't have been done any better. In my opinion it is one of the best puzzle games ever. I can see elements of the game play mechanics from Cog sneaking it's way into all types of games. Like in an FPS where you might have to move giant cogs into place in order to turn on the steam, then moving steam valves to open a door. Just a thought...

It's just really solid physics based puzzle solving. Everyone interested in supporting indie games should buy Cogs, support the developer, because it truly is amazing.

I'm enjoying filtering through all the mods, and getting to know the site. It seems like a lot of old timers aren't liking the new update. I guess I'm lucky for not knowing the site before.

But I've already met some amazing people, and will hopefully be hard at work soon.
