As a 34yr old gamer now, I grew up raving about Xcom to me brother and friends (and anyone else who would listen). I have put my money and faith that you will do the great game justice. You are saying the rights things and walking the right path so I'm sure you are going to make it a success. I'm really pleased with the ground swell of community support for your project so far as the new remakes for some reason (maybe I'm going the way of the dinosaur) are just losing the essence of the great games of old. These games became classics for a reason, they need tweaking not whole sale gutting!
