Yes fixed it. i explain.

Cause i play Cnc 3 Kw. No game was played with Tiberium Wars. So no directory //username/my documents/Command and conquer Tiberium Wars data/ was created.

So that is where the mod dir goes to./

Fixed it.

MSI files. packager. Microsoft software installer .
Where do the mod directory goes?
win10pro. //username/appdata/documents/Command and conquer 3 Tiberium Wars/

Also in Win10pro i use a *.cmd file with in it. CNC3.exe -ui. Cause the shortcut to CNC3.exe do not accept -ui string.
