Check out the squad_requirements under the inquisitor tab then open required_squad_cap and delete max_squad_cap (ignore total_pop from Orks)

sometimes it'll say required_cumulative_squad_cap in that case just delete anything under is_display_requirement

Where have you put the file and folder?

sorry i couldn't help anymore but the unlimited resources thing was quite easy to accomplish if you're up to using corsix mod studio

simply open corsix
load dow ss mod
then dow ss folder should open scroll to the bottom and open no limit mod module
click the plus sign to open data
then attrib
racebps
then double click each the race (except npc_race)
then select income_cap (don't bother clicking on the plus just the name) and then on the right you'll see all the resource caps and boom simply change them and save
just remember to not add too many numbers or you might crash the game

btw if you do end up doing this you probably want to make a copy first but if you mess it up then you can simply download it here again i guess it's just good practise

sorry but even though there is a compatible mods option on corsix I still haven't figured out how to use it

however ultimate apocalypse should have stuff like this mod so if you're using UA you shouldn't need this mod anyway

ok first of are you using dawn of war soulstorm?

if you are then have you activated the mod in game manager (you'll find it in the main menu) select no limit mod and then click activate then you should see no limit mod on the top left (with some other numbers and letters)

If I did it properly they should both be downloadable (on separate files) and sorry for the really late reply I got busy elsewhere please let me know if you have any other ideas

If you have dow soul storm then download 1.1.1 and 1.1.1 patch (the patch isn't necessary it's good to have) and if you have dow dark crusade then most likely (not sure cause I have soul storm) 1.2.0

and for the placement unzip the downloaded zip file to...
