Sorry it took me so long to get back to your message on the Arc Trooper Mod page. Work has been absolutely hectic, but I'd love to help out in any way that I can. I'll try and check in on here more often.

What exactly isn't working?

When you extract the files from the .rar file, copy all of the extracted files and paste them into your Republic Commando folder. Programfiles(x86) whatever. Make sure you back up ALL of the files in this folder. This is a total conversion mod and if you want to play the "vanilla" game you will need to reinstall it.

Try fiddling around with the...bumpmapping I believe it's called. I think that may have been some peoples problem.

I'm not entirely sure to be honest...It works fine for me, but I don't have an incredibly powerful graphics card either...Lemme ask Hockey about settings for getting it to run. I can get back to you later on

Start a mission and press ~

A drop down menu should come up. Then you just type in the missions name. You'll have to go into the maps folder and find the exact name of the mission you want.

I believe at one point we tried to fiddle with the "Hudarms" and the game broke. Unreal Editor is VERY particular about what you can and can't do. At some point I will definitely give it a shot though

It's kind of a mix of blood and mud. I'm basing a lot of this campaign off of the campaign in the Pacific during WWII.

Well, I'm glad that's the effect it has. I'm trying to make the clones more human. I've gotten a lot of the graffiti I've put on the helmets from pictures of the Vietnam war. There's a lot of honest stuff written on the helmets of our soldiers from that time period and even some from today as well.

I was thinking about that, honestly. Only problem I found was that I wasn't sure if people would be able to read it and understand.

Still trying to get the skin coloration right. I THINK it might just be the unreal editor, I haven't looked at it in game, yet.

Winrar has free trials that technically never expire. Give that a shot.

UPDATE: With the help of Hockey I've gotten going...It's only a matter of time now.

I'm really close to getting things rolling, but since I've never used any of the 3D modeling programs before I'm having one hell of a time extracting the files and importing them into Blender. Anybody out there have any tips?

Dead? No. But Hockey and I are definitely hitting it with a defibrillator quite frantically hahaha

Yes it does, I'm not sure if there's a specific process for installation or not though. Shoot Hockey a message, he should be able to answer your question better.

Sadly due to the limitations of unreal editor you won't be able to pick your armor color but we have added the M5 as your primary.

Judging by the fact I was in my....Junior year of high school when I joined the team and I'm now in my fourth year of college....It's been a while

It sorta made sense to me, because I have a lot of different skins I'm working on. So instead of spamming the hell out of the images section, it'd be somewhere else. Hopefully that explained my intentions a little better.
