where the same problem bro... yeah i know its super hard but in the start of the game , come on! im starting building power-plant then the psychic dominator activated even the enemy's soviet.. lol

why the psychic dominator activating in AI part even the super weapon's off???

thats the bug on "Generals Mod 2.75 Revision The Final" or need some key to disable it?
