Seems after the last nvidia driver update the hardware mode started working. Now if i can figure out how to connec t with other players.
Any suggestions

I installed it in my dual core computer with a pci express nvidia video card and the hardware mode works lol . Back In Buisness! :-)

One more thing. This may be a stupid question but will it help make it run in hardware mode?

Do i really need this X-Wing_Alliance_MSI_v1.0.0.0.zip? I read where you said we may already have an updated installer and C++. If we do, do we have to use X-Wing_Alliance_MSI_v1.0.0.0.zip anyways?

Im using windows xp with a geforce gt 430. I followed the instructions to the letter (i thought) and i still get the graphics problems when i try to use the 3d hardware mode. Im starting to think that im doing something wrong with the xwahacker. PLease help i would love a few suggestions. Everysince star wars galaxies was shut down i have been missing my tie defender. I have been trying every since to get XWA to work with the 3d hardware mode on.

Did X wing alliance work in 3d hardware mode in windows 7 or any new system?
