I have played this custom story like 4 times and I STILL COULDN'T FIND the 3rd ingredient for the cure... Can anybody help me? :p

I had that same problem, I think you didn't understand it properly. For example The darkroom has "music" folder, and there is a music folder in the amnesia files. So what you have to do is click the music folder and it shows "darkroom" so put the darkroom folder in the amnesia music folder and you are all set. REMEMBER to do this to all the other folders that are in the darkroom custom map folder music, monsters, sounds...
