Initially I didn't talk ****, I gave you a solution to your problem but you had your head so far up your *** all you could think about was complaining like the whiny entitled little prick you are. You are the one that made the conversation uncivil which I'm totally fine with, I guess I should have expected that you would be a ******* in addition to lacking the balls to take responsibility for what you've said. I mean for ****'s sake all you have to do is read the conversation again.

Haha read closer, you can modify the troop trees and make units and their upgrades however you want them, that way you don't have to complain, jolly good

That's not a bug, the companion you made a lord is not noble and so the other lords don't like a non-noble being their peer

Increasing the trainer skill and being of a higher level than your troops will allow you to upgrade an army very quickly. And if you don't want to wait or invest skill points into trainer you can artificially increase the skill level by modifying you character doc.
