Right now, there a lot of it is just building. However, it will take toy a good ~10 hours or so to get the the highest tier of materials. There are a decent bit of materials to use for building, and they have a lot planned for the future.

Thereis multiplayer on the Xbox 360 Version (only $1). The PC version is a port of te Xbox version and is still going through bug fixes and such before they add Multiplayer. PC Multiplayer has a lot more things to consider then Xbox Multiplayer (port forwarding server hosting and such).
