It does work as i'm using a Mac to play on :) All you need is the latest version of Zandronum for Mac and Doomseeker. You also need a copy of the Ultimate Doom (doom.wad). The mod will not work if your using the shareware version. Then just create a private server, set your engine to Zandronum and the IWAD to your doom.wad (which should be in your zandronum folder within application support) and place your doom one.wad in the additional wads and files! Then your set to play :)

This mod is awesome! The smooth transition between levels is great and the added areas are ace, love the Hydroponic Lab is just intense! Mod is great to play and works really well with Brutal Doom. Only problems I had were some missing textures outside the Toxic Refinery. A quick word to Mac users, to use this mod you have to use it through Doomseeker, the mod won't play via Zandronum. Create a server using the doomone.wad and away you go!
