Hi, if u want to play at high resoltuion with the latest patch which is 1.13c, here is a fix that work pretty well.

First go at this site h t t p: // www . svenswrapper . de / english / downloads . html and download this compressed file gl32ogl14e.zip

1st step is to copy those files glide3x.dll and glide-init.exe into your game directory then started glide-init.exe

In the Main menu choose Glide-infos next query open gl-infos. If nothing is listed under unsupported extensions its fine
pick settings and untick(or tick it, depend of your preference) keep aspect ratio and tick desktop resolution(mine is 1920 x 1080p), and vsync
Then test to verify it works properly.

If it's successful framerate must stay higher than 25, next run D2VidTst.exe -> run test -> pick glide and there you go.

They are more setting you can play with just look at the glide-readme.txt
