Hi there, to answer all of your questions:

1. The bicycle wheels are an issue with the actual model of the vehicle itself, something that I cannot fix, there are no model tools.

2. Wrench Jr mainly works with controller only, but is perfectly fine with a keyboard, if you are inside a vehicle. I wrote all of this inside the README text document.

3. The vehicles were originally in the dealership, but I had to remove them as it caused save game issues. If you uninstalled and reinstalled the mod, some cars would become locked forever and break your save. Again, this is something that was also in the README file.

If I can get the control for descent working, then yes of course it will be. No progress on it thus far though.

I may look into it in the future, but I currently don't have any plans. I am still working on this mod to date, so be sure to check back every week or two for an update. There may be more wacky vehicles you can spawn or important bug fixes.

Yes! The game was incredibly lacking in modifications from day one. I thought it would have a lot more than it does to this day. Hopefully this mod will give it the greater player base it deserves now.

So do I haha! Unfortunately you are currently unable to land helicopters.

The README, which I advise to have a look at, lists all the necessary information and known issues, including the answer to this question.

You need to unpack one of the patch files using the appropriate tools. Each vehicle has more than one 'vehicle file'. You will need to look inside a folder which has the files with the IDs to do this type of thing.

It is indeed possible to play as another character such as Sitara or Wrench in free roam. I am not personally aware of exactly how to do such a thing, however.

This is for PC only, as all modifications will be. From my knowledge, it is damn near impossible to modify games on Xbox ONE.
