Ok ive started the dany quest line but after i talk to Barristan about bloodstone what do i do? I have no option to travel to bloodstone in the meereen area and i dont think its on the main map?

Meereen isn't on the map for me? The most eastern city is still Volantis, it says im running 1.1 and ive applied this hotfix, does it show up later in the game or did i do something wrong?
