When you ask how do you make it work, do you mean how to install it or get it stated. To get it started you have to find some mod auto-run or something, its usaully in the mod itself. To install it you have to go in your hard drive and find the FOC file. Then you have to follow the instructions given to you from the mod... If you have any more problems, comment my profile.
