Normally it should be activated but if not you have to activate it in the launcher under Data files. Or if you use the Nexus mod launcher under unassigned or so.

Well we split the world into pieces. We have a map (as big as Skyrim) for The Lands of always winter, the north etc.
It should work that way.;)

Well right now we are in a too early state to think about a homepage. But probably when the base map is done.

move the files from the data folder (from the mod) to the data folder from your skyrim

into your data folder
(copy only the things in the data folder into the data folder)

The Mountains look awesome but I think the wall looks a bit unreal.
Probably you can make the wall a bit smaller or just adjust the mountains near the wall, that it doesnt look that big.

Nice Work but I think left from the wall have to be mountains. (if you look at the map)

hey there are some other game of thrones mods wich implemented weapons and armory. Probably you can work together with those guys or get the weapons from them.
