I imagine that your laptop would run the game. The graphics card would not be able to manage high settings, but I think it would be playable on low / med settings.

The improved bipod code stops players planting the bipod while prone and glitching through walls or the floor.
Currently I am still using the in game functionality for deploying bipods on window sills and ledges.

On US vs Japanese maps the US have the Corsair and the Japanese the Zero
Germans have the stuka and Russians have the IL2
On US vs German maps they have the P51 mustang instead.
Although CoD4 and WaW share the same scripting language there are a lot of new bits and pieces added by WaW which allow several of the new features to actually work. Plus some of the concepts just don't work in modern warfare.

Thats really down to the map makers - there are a few large maps out there such as foy and kwalajein.
