Yep, mod haves influences from City of Rott. By the way, much influence takes from many cheap Mad Max's ripoffs like Wheels on Fire, Striker and much more. Actually italian 80s zombie cinema and 80s-90s cyberpunk are too.
Mainly goal of this mod is - if in 80s worldwide has Romero's zombie, just like at this time Fallout, Rage or Wasteland, mine mod like italian zombie horror, i mean zero budget, but no censorship, bloody gore, adult sex content and more other stuff which AAA or AA games can't.
