Nevermind all that, I managed to fix it...had to move the files out of their respective folders.

Okay I kinda missed out on the details there, I'm actually running Rainbow Six Raven Shield 2.0 (The mod) but it says v.1.6 in the corner. Surely this shouldn't be a problem?

Downloaded it today and followed the instructions PRECISELY as followed. The thing is, although i unziped/extracted the Mod Unlocker Tool to Ravenshield/mod it does not show up on the custom game at all. I renamed the original Ironwrath.mod to IronWrath2.mod and it disappeard from the custom game list. I am pretty sure that I am running ver. 1.6 but I have no idea why the Mod Unlocker Tool doesn't show up. If any one can help me, please do.
