I put it in source mods restarted steam and I have portal installed (portal is installed on the D drive and not the C drive). I tried putting it in a source mods folder in the D drive but that did not work. Please help.

I have this problem where when I empty the health chargers they go untextured (I'm using a save from a previous version) and I tried moving files from an older version that weren't in the newer versions files but its still broken. Also the suit chargers might be broken too but I don't know because I haven't seen any. Is there any fix?
