Well,as the information I got from Baidu Baike(a website like wikipedia),Lions Roar 2.0 is never be released because the studio LR-team was dissolved at 2012,and this project was cancelled.

Well,the fact is the hyperlink is lead to a chinese network BAIDU yunpan,so may be your connection failed frequently because of the network is lack of supporting to the user who not live in China.We are trying to upload the file to Onedrive,before we manage to do it,you can find a old download in news
