I'm surprised anyone is still modding this game.. I think Napoleon TW is the best colonial age/age of sail simulator ever made and it is really cool to see like a fully complete mod still getting released in 2019. I am glad other people still love this game. Holy ****.

I also like the american civil war but I don't really know much about it cuz im australian but it is interesting and I like the uniforms and stuff. The cannons are really cool. Cavalry combat and volley exchanges are reaelly satisfying. Yeah give this mod a try if you have the game! Works fine on the steam version.

I seldom use my account on moddb, but I had to for this mod, its ******* amazing.
The revamped damage modifiers for all weapons and the ability to construct long trenches (like walls in age of empires) manned by simple, and not overdone, infantry platoons make the defensive aspect of ww1 come alive.
Tanks are the slow and lumbering beasts that they once were and along with mortars and artillery, the only effective way to break a defensive line.
I warmly recommend this mod to you peasants.
