hey, if you mean make vehicle more less damage here you should go:
in this case i make jeep_faav more less damage/add more armor. Objects_server.zip\Vehicles\Land\JEEP_FAAV\Open JEEP_FAAV.tweak with notepad or similar,
find this line:
ObjectTemplate.armor.maxHitPoints 750 [change 750 to 5000 or more]
ObjectTemplate.armor.hitPoints 750 [change 750 to 5000 or more]

and then:
ObjectTemplate.armor.hpLostWhileUpSideDown 90 [decrease this value for less damage, make 1]
ObjectTemplate.armor.hpLostWhileInWater 75 [this line too]
ObjectTemplate.armor.hpLostWhileInDeepWater 250 [this line too]
ObjectTemplate.armor.hpLostWhileCriticalDamage 12 [this line too]

then change this line if you want yor vehicle have big explode when the vehicle wreck:

ObjectTemplate.armor.explosionDamage 300 [make 1000 or more]
ObjectTemplate.armor.explosionRadius 6 [make 30 or more, this value is how widen the radius of explosion]
