*Before you read the rest of my comment, please note i found this page several months after i first played AvP days after its release*

When i came across this page and ths quote; "AvP delivers three outstanding single player campaigns and provides untold hours of unique 3-way multiplayer gaming." i must say i loled a little. This is because when i came to play AvP i was hugely disapointed, the alien campaign took me 2 hours to finish first time round on normal / avergae difficultly ( that inculding deaths and getting lot on the walls and ceilings) it was boring and repetative.

( im running win 7 ultimate 64 bit, 8gig ram, nvidia's zotac gtx 260 synergy edition (x2), amd phenom II quad core 64 bit) - this should be more than adiquate to play avp in dx 9

Same goes for the predator campaign cept it took longer due to huge lag spiked during game play which were more frequent that the ones in the Alien campaign. these happened during the transition for surface to surface , wall to ceiling, wall to floor ect when playing the alien. Where as on the predator it was during holding a human head up to the scanner. I havnt found any in the human campaign but i was unable to finish it like the other two from shear boardam, and i just had enough of the crappy and very disappointing campaigns.

So i decided to try out the online in the hope AvP could be saved. what a waste of time that was. the matches take forever to find, when matches are found they are pretty much empty. and after the 1st few minutes its a case of just taking turn of going up behind another player and press "e" for the kill. Unfortunatly this is a terrible game.
